Unlike individual sessions, support groups bring people with similar experiences together, helping participants feel less isolated while learning practical strategies.
Groups run for an initial five weeks. At the end, you can continue in the same group or move to one that better meets your needs.

Understanding and managing emotional responses, in a structured small group.
- Emotional Distress/Tolerance
Developing skills to manage intense emotions and challenging situations.

Developing practical skills to communicate, navigate relationships and manage challenging interpersonal situations.
- Mindfulness
Developing greater awareness of thoughts, emotions, physical experiences and patterns of behaviour.
